CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at [support email] with your order number. The product must be returned complete and intact, including all original parts and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a return; we will provide the return instructions and address. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS

If your BARKKY device arrives defective, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at BARKKYUSA@YAHOO.COM. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund and cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending the item back.

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

For a confirmed manufacturing defect reported after the first 7 days and within 12 months of delivery, BARKKY will provide a replacement under this limited warranty. Contact us at BARKKYUSA@YAHOO.COM with your order number and evidence of the issue before returning the product. BARKKY will provide return instructions and cover the standard return and replacement shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
